This is me, when I paint. Not when I’m trying to create an illustration and not when I’m trying to capture what I see when I look at a water tower.
This is the art that comes straight from my head to my hand. No reference, no life sketches, just pure illustration like Jerry Moriarty taught me 20 years ago when I went to SVA.
