The Post It Note Ceiling Fan
Being sick all weekend you end up spending a lot of time staring at the ceiling fan.
After a time, you start to ponder, what would it look like if it had sticky notes stuck on it?
The next thing you know you're posting the video on your blog. So here it is:

Doesn't everyone wonder what their fan would look like w/ sticky notes on them? However, not everyone follows through. :0)
